If for any reason your purchase has arrived damaged, and there is no evidence that the damage was caused due to poor USPS handling, we would be more than happy to offer you a refund of the ruined items. If the packaging is damaged, we can offer an item replacement if possible, or a replacement shop credit. Unfortunately, if this is the case a full refund is not possible.
If you need your purchase by a certain date, let me know in prior to ordering, as that would help me to determine if I can get the item done by then. If you alert me of a date you need the item by AFTER placing your order, and it is not possible to have your items finished and shipped in time for you to receive them that day, I, unfortunately, cannot give you a refund if the item is not done by then. If we have agreed on a certain day for your items to arrive, and they for some reason do not*, you will be given the option to either continue with the purchase or receive a full refund.
